So, Your getting married. And you need flowers!

You’ve also been dreaming of flowers that feel more unique, heartfelt and a little bit magic!

At Larkspur Flowers, we approach wedding florals with thoughtfulness and creativity, working with the best of the seasons florals to craft designs that reflect your day and your story. We want to make the process simple and inspiring! by guiding you through what’s possible within your budget, offering ideas you may not have considered, and creating flowers that feel uniquely yours!

What makes Larkspur Flowers a little different?

  • We work exclusively with Australian-grown flowers — but what does that mean? It means we don’t use imported blooms, including Phalaenopsis orchids and out of season varieties. By choosing local, we’re supporting Australia’s cut flower industry while also reducing transport miles and the chemicals often used on imported flowers. It’s better for the planet, better for the growers, and better for all of us.

  • By choosing Australian-grown flowers, we also choose to work with the rhythm of the seasons. This means your wedding florals will naturally reflect the time of year—if you’re getting married in September, Tulips and Poppies! are a lovely option while a February wedding really calls for Hydrangeas and Dahlias. Each season offers something unique, and we believe that styling with in season varieties adds an authentic, meaningful touch to your special day!

  • At Larkspur Flowers, we believe we have a responsibility to be mindful of our impact on the environment.

But how can floristry be harmful? Traditionally, many arrangements are created using floral foam, a material made from microplastics that doesn’t break down. Instead of relying on foam, we’ve developed clever techniques and alternative methods that are both sustainable and beautiful!

We also compost our green waste and source directly from local flower farmers whenever possible, which helps reduce single-use plastic wrapping.

With Larkspur, you can feel good knowing your flowers are designed with care! not just for you, but for the planet too.
