By using our website (larkspurflowers.com.au), placing an order, or booking a service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, purchases, and participation in workshops or subscriptions. We may update these terms from time to time.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept payment via secure third-party payment processors (Stripe and Paypal).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., if a product is unavailable or if there's an error in pricing).

3. Alcohol Sales

  • Alcohol must be purchased as part of a gift (e.g. with flowers or other goods). It cannot be sold on its own.

  • The value of the alcohol must not exceed 50% of the total order value, in accordance with Victorian liquor licensing laws.

  • Proof of age may be requested upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if appropriate ID cannot be provided.

4. Deliveries

  • We deliver to selected areas in Daylesford and the Central Highlands region. Please check our delivery zones before placing your order.

  • Delivery times may vary, especially during peak seasons. We do our best to deliver on the selected date.

  • If no one is home, flowers will be left in a safe spot unless otherwise instructed.

4. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions can be set up weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

  • You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime via your account or by contacting us 3 days before your next delivery.

  • Flowers vary based on seasonal availability – photos are indicative only.

5. Workshops

Booking and payment 

  • One month's notice is required to book a workshop.

  • Deposit of 50% of total cost of workshop is to be made once quote is confirmed and is to be paid two weeks before workshop date. 

Cancellation and rescheduling 

  • If for whatever reason you need to reschedule your workshop, any deposit paid and other arrangements will be transferred to a new date subject to availability.

  •  Cancellation within two weeks from workshop date will incur a fee equal to the deposit paid. 

  • In the event that a workshop needs to be cancelled or cut short due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be issued, depending on the situation.

Accident and injury 

  •  Participants will be shown how to safely organise their work space and to use floristry snips. Larkspur will not be liable for injuries caused by incorrect use of snips.

Working with children

  • Elissa holds a current Working with Children Check (Victoria) to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all young participants.

  • If you have any questions or concerns, or would like more information, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.

  • If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

  • Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, content, designs, and logos on this site are the property of Larkspur or our partners and may not be used without permission.

8. Your Use of Our Site

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful or abusive purpose. We may suspend or terminate your access if these terms are violated.
