We work with flowers every single day, sometimes we have dreams about them too! It’s our livelihood and our passion! We’ve been there, done that, and learned so much along the way. Our goal is to help you, and we truly care about making your day beautiful and stress free!

Here are some answers to our most frequently asked questions….

  • Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm whether your date is available!

    If you’ve been able to include a list of the arrangements you’d like, we can usually prepare a quote straight away.

    Not sure exactly what you need or what’s possible? No problem , we love chatting through ideas! We can book a phone call to talk about the look and feel you want for your day and guide you through your options.

    Once you’re happy with your quote, a deposit of 25% of total cost is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before your wedding.

  • We’re happy to travel anywhere across Victoria to style your wedding!

    Our travel fee is $0.88 per km (calculated from Daylesford) to cover fuel and travel time.

  • That’s okay! most couples haven’t! Wedding flowers are a little different to a grab and go bunch from your local grocer, they involve time, expertise, and resources to make your day look and feel magical!

    Some of the reasons costs can be higher than everyday flowers include:

    Planning & Design - Each wedding bouquet and floral installation is carefully designed to suit your venue, style, and colour palette. This takes time, research, talking to growers, and coordinating with your vision.

    Assistance Florists - Larger scale weddings often require extra hands to prep, assemble, and style all the flowers so everything is perfect on the day!

    Bump in/Bump out - Setting up flowers at your venue and removing them is included in the service. This involves transport, careful handling, and time on site to ensure everything looks perfect. After the event, we responsibly dispose of materials for example, composting green waste, washing and reusing vases, wires, and other tools.

    We are floral foam free! which means less environmental impact and a more sustainable approach to your wedding flowers.

    Flowers Are Bought by the Bunch: Florists buy flowers in bulk from growers. Even if you only want a few stems, we still need to purchase the whole bunch.

    Seasonal Planning & Ordering -Some flowers need to be ordered in advance from growers, sometimes months ahead! The strong connections we have built with growers is valuable during peak wedding season!

    Bridal bouquet/Primary bouquet - $195

    Bridesmaid/Attendant - $185

    Button hole - $35

    Ceremony installation - Allow $800 to $3000+

    Reception styling - Allow $500 to $3000+

  • If your requirements or dates have changed please let us know as soon as possible!

    Deposits and arrangements can be transferred to another date, subject to availability.

    If cancellation is less than two months and more than two weeks notice - 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Unfortunately, your deposit will not be refunded if your event is canceled within two weeks of the planned agreed date.

  • Typically we require a minimum of 3 months notice for planning your event!

  • We work exclusively with Australian grown flowers, which means we celebrate what’s in season! If you have a particular look or style, we can guide you towards flowers that are available to perfectly suit!

  • A big part of our work is understanding water, flower care, and how stems behave.

    We highly recommend letting us source your vases! we know what works and what doesn’t, and we have amazing connections to the industry of vessels!

    Vases need to hold water properly and support stems of specific lengths and weights to ensure your arrangements look beautiful, last well and are safe.
